B3-VacuSystem uses suction force of vacuum (Venturi nozzle). Only you need to have is an access to at least 5 bar compressed air distribution system. (optimum is 6 bar)

For convenient projects it is much comfortable and faster way of fixing machined parts than vise or machinist clamps.
You can fix your part within seconds, not minutes like for clamps. Also as there are no mechanical and for that very LOW maintenance costs.

We are shipping all around the world and shipping costs will be calculated individually for each purchase order.

The holding force of the vacuum clamping system is measured by the amount of air that can be discharged from the space under the workpiece. There is a big science behind, but you can simply multiply vacuum holded surface of the part in square mm (mm2) to constant 0,0098 to recieve holding force in kg.
So vacuum holding force for the part with 300×200 mm is 60000mm2 x 0,0098 = 588 kg.

As there are no moving parts, you can easily dismount the whole setup and easily clean the parts. You can also check our procedure for maintenance on our website.
